What is Pranam?

This is also known as namaskar and is done to pay obeisance to a deity, like genuflecting the Christians and also to individuals being in possession of the divine spirit.

What is Pranam?

It is done by folding both the hands, palms together and saying namaskar on meeting or departing. It represents spiritualism a form of worship which is one of the social, religious, cultural arts in Hindus.
